Last year I sponsored the whisky emoji and we were glad to see that it was added to our iPhone emoji sets with the release of iOS 10.2.

Last week iOS11.1 is released and we were glad to see that the other emoji I sponsored, the Scottish Flag is now part of the emoji set. However, like many other whisky enthusiasts who use this emoji on a daily basis, I was deeply saddened by the new design of the whisky emoji. It now looks like frosted icetea, rather than whisky.
